RMEC is the continuing education and corporate training division of Red Rocks Community College. RMEC has partnered with employers all over the world to build custom solutions that meet each company's unique workforce need.

RMEC specializes in occupational safety, health, ESL, business, project management and organizational leadership training subject areas enabling employers to meet local and national training compliance. We can also partner with the existing college programs to offer skill-based training in Cybersecurity, IT, Solidworks, Fine Woodworking, Electrical, Outdoor Education, Graphic Design, Business, and more.

Customized training can be provided on our campus in Lakewood or at our employer clients’ locations. RMEC has partnered with host locations in the US and abroad to offer technical training for those seeking a well-qualified trainer.

Skill Advance Colorado Training Grants

If you are a Colorado-based company, you may be eligible for up to 60% subsidy for upskilling training through the Skill Advance Colorado Job Training Grants. Skill Advance grants are administered by RRCC on behalf of the State of Colorado. The grant can cover up to 60% of the cost of a custom training designed to meet your workforce need.
