RMEC 121 - Field Leadership - Coaching and Mentoring Fall Prevention in Construction TRAIN THE TRAINER

Safety and Health

The one day course is designed for senior safety professionals responsible for the implementation and instruction of their employer’s fall prevention programs. The coaching and mentoring skills taught are reinforced using scenarios that contextualize the instruction within the fall protection standard and industry best practice. Those attending who are qualified supervisors will be asked to sign agreements to train a minimum of 10 workers  using the communication and adult learning theory practices acquired in the training prior to the end of the grant in December, 2018. Supervisors signing agreements with Rocky Mountain Education Center to teach the course will receive all training materials and staff support to track participants with sign in sheets and participant forms. Anyone employed in the Construction Industry may attend the course.
