The Rocky Mountain Education Center is expanding training options available to the manufacturing industry. In addition to the OSHA 501 Train-the-Trainer Course for General Industry, OSHA 2045 Machinery and Machine guarding, OSHA 3095 Electrical Standard course and other compliance training we offer, the RMEC has partnered with Pioneer Engineering and Colorado Association for Manufacturing Technology (CAMT) to provide additional training via classroom and online.
The CC program has three steps. Licensees will begin by participating in the Individual Assessment.
A licensee may be awarded up to 24 Professional Development Units (PDUs) for their performance on the
Assessment. If a licensee is awarded fewer than 24 PDUs, they will need to draft a Learning Plan and
acquire PDUs by undertaking Continuing Competency Activities. PDUs may only be accrued after the licensee
has taken the Individual Assessment. Licensees participating in Continuing Competency Activities should
document their PDUs.
